Welcome to Eight Balance. We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth and easy. Here are the key things you need to know:
1.Ordering

  • Make sure your details (name, address, email) are correct when placing an order.

  • All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST (where applicable).

2.Shipping & Delivery

  • We do our best to ship quickly, but delivery times may vary depending on location and couriers.

  • Please double-check your address – we can’t be responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect details.

3.Returns & Refunds

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at eightbalance23@gmail.com to get an RMA (Return Reference Number).

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product).
